Shipping Information

At OzUnwind, shipping works a little differently — we streamline the process by having our suppliers ship products directly to customers. Timely and accurate deliveries depend on proper communication and coordination with our suppliers.

Order Delivery

Orders are typically shipped from our suppliers' distribution centers in Australia. Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe begins once payment has been received and the order has shipped from the supplier's warehouse. This usually happens within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

Please note that our suppliers cannot guarantee delivery to customers on specific dates or times. However, we will do our best to keep you informed in the event of any unforeseen issues.
